Margo the WeddingPath monkey here, letting you know that it's almost the weekend!
It has been an exciting week for us, we have added loads of new features to the site to help make planning your wedding even more fun. Here is a quick breakdown of some of the new toys. They can all be accessed by going to your profile page:
- Blogs - you now have an online diary on your profile page. Post pictures and write about your wedding planning (or whatever you want to write about). You can see my blog here
- Message Board - you also have a personal message board on your profile page. This is a great way to to share planning tips and information or of course chat to others in the WeddingPath community.
- Personal Online Bookmarks - keep track of your favourite websites online with this updateable list. We have even added some suggestions of sites for you to look at.
- Friends Facility - you can now add friends to your profile page and visit their profile pages (with its message board and blogs) with a single click. This is a great way to keep in touch with other b2bs, h2bs and vendors to share information.
- Wedding Twins - if you have a wedding twin (someone marrying on the same day as you) then their pictures will appear on your profile page. This is a great way to swap notes and planning schedules.
We will shortly be adding a review section for wedding books and music.
We will do an initial review of the book/CD and then pass it on to a b2b or h2b to get your thoughts. If you would like to help us review books and music (and you get to keep the review copy!) then go to Ant's profile page and leave a message on his notice board.
By the way, we are currently looking for someone getting married in Scotland to look at 'The Scottish Wedding Book'!!
