Valentine's day is coming up fast and we have some fun and informative survey questions for you. You get to remain anonymous (unless you don't want to) and can answer as few or as many appropriate questions as you like. The questions are below and you can go here to tell us your answers and see what the others have said. Have fun!

Also, this week we have a digest of a recent forum post by one of our b2bs How To Change Your Passport. WeddingPath is about helping and supporting each other and I would like to thank Elisabeth for taking the time to write this forum post to help fellow b2b/h2bs. If you have advice or suggestions that you think would benefit other members please let us know.

How to change the name on your passport

- You can apply to change your name on your passport three months before the wedding. You need to leave a minimum of one month to get it changed by post. You can always pay more and queue at the passport office to have it processed while you wait otherwise.

- You complete the regular passport form (available at the post office) but you have to apply and sign it in your married name.

- You have to get the final part of the passport completed by a professional person and get one photo signed.

- You have to complete a PD2 form which is also available from the post office. This has to be completed by the vicar or the civil registrar who is to be conducting your wedding.

- You then post the cheque, current passport, application form, two photos and PD2 to the passport office. Your old passport will be returned, canceled and your new passport will arrive separately.

- It is worth noting that they have become VERY strict about passport photos now; you can't even get away with a faint smile.

- Remember that your passport must match the name on your ticket for your honeymoon. If you have booked your honeymoon in your maiden name, you can't change your passport until after you have been away.

- If you have booked flights in your married name but don't have time to change your passport you can sometimes take your existing passport and your marriage certificate. Check very carefully with your airline and the embassy of the country you are visiting in advance to confirm that they will allow this.

Have a great week and I hope you find this newsletter useful!
