Colleen McLoughlin excited about June wedding 776 views
She is one of the most photographed women in Britain, regularly spotted coming out of the Trafford Centre in Manchester with armfuls of designer shopping bags. However, this June Colleen McLoughlin will be the attention of photographers from around the world as she plans to marry her famous footballing fiancé, Wayne Rooney in June.
Colleen, 21, has been planning the perfect wedding for some time, which is expected to be a lavish affair. The venue and guest list have been kept secret so far, but you can rest assure there will be no expense spared for this celebrity couple, who are both big earners in the own rights.
Like most young couples, Coleen and Wayne have had their ups and downs through the years but, having met the England and Man Utd star when she was 15, Coleen understands him better than anyone.
After a proposal from Wayne in a garage forecourt, Colleen accepted and the couple have been engaged for four years now. She is believed to be hugely excited about the prospect of tying the knot this summer. In a recent interview with The Mirror, Colleen said; "I can't wait, it's the biggest day of your life.”
There have been reports in the media that Colleen is trying to drop a size or two before her big day. Rather then following one of these latest fad celebrity diets, she is visiting a local WeightWatchers group.
"I try to go to the gym three times a week for about two hours each time but it doesn't always happen. I do cardio work and I like Pilates.
"I suppose every woman has hang-ups. I'm curvy. I have to pick what I eat. I'm only 5ft 3in, so I'd like to be taller with longer legs.
"You always want to lose a few pounds or tone up a bit more but I'm a confident person." Colleen told the Mirror.
